In front of Mt. Hood, from the Japanese Garden

Sunshine, 75 degrees, Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, tea picnic, shopping, dinner out....all shared with my friend Sweetcakes.  A perfect day in Portland!

  1. That DOES sound like a great day and the view is truly stunning. What a great idea to go on a tea picnic. How did you keep the tea hot?

  2. I have a stainless steel thermos with the push-button top that keeps tea piping hot! I brew it at home, put in the thermos and go. It's works amazingly well.

  10. What a perfect day. Love Papa Haydn's for dessert. My favorite is the meringue with cream and usually strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate. Now I must go. Love seeing your tea picnic too.
