I spent a long time admiring this camellia - so long, my tea went cold. I set the Chaxi ("tea stage" literally, meaning a beautiful, intentional setting for drinking of tea) in, perhaps, a non-traditional way, but that color had me in its thrall!
What colors are calling to you these days?
I would be enthralled with these blossoms too. Red seems to be a big color right now. One I am noticing in many places. How lovely to have them on your tea table.

ReplyDeleteI'm playing catch-up on blogs, but all the yellows and pinks of nature are calling my name this week. Oh, and the lavender wisteria! Such a heavenly looking color!
