Lavender - Grapefruit Sachet

Here's a very easy and fun project! I recently blended lavender buds and grapefruit peel to make fabric sachets for my sweater drawer. Both lavender and grapefruit peel discourage moths from feasting on wool.

What a great idea and I bet your sweaters smell lovely.

How did you make the grapefruit peel? Did you put it in a dehydrator? I still have some Arizona grapefruit and this would be a good use for the peels.

I simply peeled it and then let it sit for about 2 days on the counter. In this dry winter air, it dries quickly!

Wow Steph. That's good news. Have lots of moths & can't stand moth balls. I'm gonna be giving this one a try, especially since I love the scent of both of these> Yeah!
