Very wabi sabi/Zen!If you have access to good vegetables, eating them plain is just fine. Sometimes I thinks raw, like broccoli and cauliflower and string beans and such like. I like a raw spinach 'salad' which is just raw spinach, virgin olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.I tend to spice my foods quite a bit so might be a bad example :)
