Airplane Tea Party

On a recent trip, I had an airplane tea party! I brought my own goodies and enjoyed a healthy and tasty little tea party.

I drank a very nice cup of Monk's Blend. Thanks, Marilyn!

Rosemary-cucumber sandwich, Biscoff cookies (perfect with tea!), carrots and grapes. The tea party made the flight a lot more fun!

Oh Stephanie, I love this! It is so much better than the tiny bag of airline peanuts and cup of water I had on a recent flight!

Great idea. I bet you were the envy of all the passengers on the flight.

The cute artwork and pretty napkin was fun too. I'll have to remember this for my flight in April. :-)

What a great idea! Loved your box for carrying it too. It seems we can have a tea party just about anywhere.

Good loking food, great idea. How did youy get it on the plane though?

Re - How did I get on the plane with food?

There's no issue carrying food through security. Only liquids. The food goes through the xray machine.

How very clever! There must have been some very envious passengers seated around you!

What? You mean you were willing to forego the package of stale pretzels? (The airlines could learn a few things from you, my friend!)

Too cute! This would definitely give me something to look forward to during a cross-continent trip. I'm going to remember this - we have TWO coming up this summer!

Now that is a perfect tea party! Exactly the kind I love most! Gentle moments of serenity in the midst of a life that revolves quickly around!

Sounds completely lovely. I threw a pity party for myself last time I flew . . . a tea party would have been much nicer!
