Mr. Turtle and Bai Hao Oolong

I'm a little distraught, as my favorite tea of all favorites (I have many) is about out, and I don't think it's currently in stock. :( I must be patient and hope for good harvesting conditions! This favorite tea, Imperial Bai Hao Oolong, is in a class entirely of its own. The color of the dried leaves is incredible - many are a deep burgundy. The flavor is crisp and sweet, without a touch of bitterness. Oh, may this team come back to me!
