I now have a teacup, saucer and luncheon plate set for 2 - perfect for a special afternoon with a friend. I'm actually in the space of trying to not collect any more china. I have so much that I keep some in storage! But I had commented to a friend that I would like just one more cup/saucer to complete this pair. Voila!

Oh, how lovely that you recieved this for your birthday.
This is the china pattern I chose shortly after I was married so it will always be special to me. The color combination caught my eye and I just love the shape of the cup. May you enjoy many warming cups of tea from your timeless Old Country Roses China.

Great gifts!! That is my china as well....it took me some time but I now have a service for 12. Whew~!
Keep your eyes open and you can find odd pieces at various stores...also....try their Outlet store for various things as well if you have one near you. If not you can call them (the closest one) and they can deliever. I've done that many, times since the closest one to me is in Texas hours away.
You WILL LOVE this china. It is so speical and just beautiful.
